Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We accept a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Ambetter, Ambetter Medicaid (ARHOME), BCBS Medicaid (ARHOME), Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Federal BCBS, Municipal Health, QualChoice, TRICARE, UMR, and United Healthcare. How much does counseling cost?

Costs can vary depending on the service, provider and whether you’re using insurance or self-pay. You’ll be able to review your options and understand what to expect before getting started.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. Cash and check payments are also accepted.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We require at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or reschedule requests are subject to a $75 fee.

There’s also a grace period for late arrivals, which varies based on appointment length:

  • 60 minutes or longer: 15-minute grace period
  • 30-45 minutes: 10-minute grace period
  • 20 minutes: 7-minute grace period

If you arrive after the grace period, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation or no-show, and the applicable fee will apply.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. Appointments are available Monday through Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM, including weekends and holidays, depending on provider availability.
